What is NightFind?
NightFind is your ultimate nightlife discovery app, helping you find the best clubs,
bars, lounges, and events in your city and around the world. Whether you're exploring
your hometown or traveling abroad, NightFind connects you with amazing nightlife
experiences, complete with route planning, event notifications, and personalized
recommendations.
How do I download and install NightFind?
NightFind is available on the Apple App Store for iOS devices (iPhone and iPad).
Simply search for "NightFind" in the App Store, or

to download directly. Android support is coming soon!
Do I need an account to use NightFind?
You can browse venues and events without an account, but creating a free account unlocks
additional features like saving favorites, creating routes, receiving personalized
recommendations, and accessing your history. Sign up takes just a few seconds using your
email, Apple ID, or Google account.
Is there an age requirement?
Yes, you must be at least 18 years old to use NightFind. This is because nightlife venues
typically have age restrictions, and responsible use of the app requires adult judgment.
We verify age during account creation.
Features & Functionality
How do I plan a route for my night out?
Planning a route is easy with NightFind's smart route planner:
- Browse or search for venues you want to visit
- Tap the "Add to Route" button on each venue
- Open the "My Route" tab to see your planned stops
- Drag and drop to reorder venues, or let NightFind optimize the route automatically
- Tap "Start Navigation" to get turn-by-turn directions
The app calculates the most efficient path between venues, saving you time and maximizing
your night out.
How does location access work?
NightFind uses your device's location to show nearby venues, calculate distances, and
provide navigation. Location access is optional but highly recommended for the best experience.
To enable location:
- iOS: Settings > NightFind > Location > "While Using the App" or "Always"
- Android: Settings > Apps > NightFind > Permissions > Location

Can I search for venues in other cities?
Absolutely! NightFind is an international app with venues worldwide. To search in a different
city, tap the location icon at the top of the screen and enter any city name. You can explore
nightlife before traveling or plan a night out while on vacation.
How do I save my favorite venues?
To save a venue to your favorites, simply tap the heart icon on any venue card or detail page.
Your saved venues are accessible in the "Favorites" tab of your profile, making it easy to
revisit your go-to spots or build a wish list of places to check out.
What are premium venues?
Premium venues are clubs, bars, and lounges that pay for enhanced visibility in NightFind.
They appear with a "Premium" badge and may be featured at the top of search results. Premium
listings often include special perks like exclusive deals, VIP access, or detailed event calendars.
Rest assured, premium status doesn't affect user reviews or ratings—our commitment to honest,
unbiased information remains unchanged.
How do I find events happening tonight?
Tap the "Events" tab to see a curated list of parties, DJ performances, theme nights, and
special events happening in your area. You can filter by date, genre, venue type, and more.
Enable notifications to receive alerts about events at your favorite venues or featuring
your favorite DJs.
Account & Settings
How do I edit my profile?
To edit your profile:
- Tap your profile icon in the bottom navigation
- Tap "Edit Profile"
- Update your name, photo, email, or preferences
- Tap "Save" to confirm changes
How do I change my notification settings?
To customize notifications:
- Go to your Profile > Settings > Notifications
- Toggle on/off notifications for events, new venues, promotions, and updates
- You can also manage app notifications through your device's system settings
How do I delete my account?
We're sorry to see you go! To delete your account:
- Go to Profile > Settings > Account
- Scroll to "Delete Account"
- Follow the confirmation steps
Account deletion is permanent and will remove all your data, including favorites, routes,
and history within 90 days. Alternatively, you can contact

Is the app free?
Yes! NightFind is free to download and use. The core features—discovering venues, viewing
events, creating routes, and saving favorites—are all available at no cost. We also offer
optional premium features for users who want an enhanced experience.
What are premium features?
NightFind Premium offers additional benefits, including:
- Ad-Free Experience: Browse without interruptions
- Advanced Route Planning: Create unlimited complex routes with multiple stops
- Exclusive Deals: Access special discounts and VIP offers at partner venues
- Priority Support: Get faster responses from our support team
- Early Access: Be the first to try new features
Premium subscriptions are available monthly or annually at discounted rates.
How do I cancel my subscription?
NightFind subscriptions are managed through your App Store account:
iOS (Apple):
- Open Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions
- Tap on NightFind
- Tap "Cancel Subscription"
Android (Google Play):
- Open Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions
- Select NightFind
- Tap "Cancel Subscription"
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll retain premium
access until then.
Can I get a refund?
Refund requests are handled by the App Store (Apple or Google) according to their policies.
Generally, subscriptions can be refunded within a limited time window if you haven't used

Does NightFind promote excessive drinking?
No. NightFind is a discovery tool for nightlife experiences, which includes much more than
just drinking—live music, dancing, socializing, and exploring culture. We encourage responsible
enjoyment and always advocate for safe, legal behavior. Users must be 18+ and should follow
local laws and venue policies.
Technical Issues
The app isn't loading venues. What should I do?
Try these troubleshooting steps:
- Check Internet Connection: Ensure you have a stable Wi-Fi or cellular connection
- Enable Location: Verify location permissions are enabled in device settings
- Restart the App: Close and reopen NightFind
- Update the App: Make sure you're using the latest version from the App Store

How do I add a venue that's not listed?
If you know of a great venue that's not in NightFind, we'd love to add it! Send us the
venue details (name, address, type, website, social media) at
venues@nightfind.com
or use the "Suggest a Venue" option in the app. We review and add new venues regularly.
How do I report incorrect venue information?
We strive for accuracy, but details can change. If you notice outdated or incorrect information
(hours, address, phone number, etc.), please:
- Tap "Report an Issue" on the venue's detail page
- Or email venues@nightfind.com
with the venue name and correct details
We'll review and update the information promptly.
Are reviews moderated?
Yes, all reviews are subject to moderation to ensure they meet our community guidelines.
Reviews containing spam, hate speech, profanity, or false information will be removed.
Honest, constructive feedback is always welcome and helps other users make informed decisions.
